Very simple: to get Trentino Guest Card you only need to book a stay in one of our hotels or in one of the other accommodation facilities (including private apartments - tourist accommodation recognized by the Province of Trento).
The Card, included in your stay at no extra cost, will be given to you in digital or paper form by the accommodation facility.
Trentino Guest Card is also free of charge for children and teenagers under 18. 

In addition, if you book through the ApT website or the visittrentino.info website you will immediately receive the Card together with the booking confirmation.

Available for both Android and iOS, the App allows you to have the Card always with you and gives you useful information for your holiday. All you have to do is download it for free from the stores and register, enter your card details, click on "YOUR Guest Card" and show it at the ticket offices of museums, castles and attractions. The application allows you to easily discover and access museums and many activities at your disposal, create your own wish-list, book exclusive events, stay updated on all the news, remember all your experiences and leave them for the next guests.

The Trentino Guest Card App also allows you to issue tickets for free use of Trentino public transport during your holiday, starting from the starting date of validity of your Guest Card.

That's how:

After booking in one of the affiliated structures, ask for the Trentino Guest Card and activate the "Mobility Pass in Trentino for arrival at destination" directly from the App.

The pass includes discount codes to reach Trentino with FlixBus and MarinoBus and allows you, when you are in Trentino, to use free public transport to reach the place where you will stay (the pass is valid only on the day of arrival and for journeys with origin and destination in Trentino).

Then, to continue to travel freely in Trentino for the duration of your holiday, all you have to do is have the Trentino Guest Card App active on your smartphone or request the Transport Card, to be validated on board the bus or in the train stations, from the hotel or tourist offices.

If you have been given the traditional Card in paper form, all you need to do to take advantage of the offers is to show it at the ticket offices of museums and attractions.

To travel on public transport, however, it is necessary to request the integration of the Trentino Guest Card with the transport card. You can do this in the structure that issued the card or at the tourist offices.

Remember that the card must always be validated on board vehicles or in railway stations and must always be combined with the Trentino Guest Card: so remember to bring it with you at all times!

If you use public transport to get to the hotel, you can ask the structure that hosts you to send your Trentino Mobility Card and Pass by email, which will allow you to reach your destination at no cost.
The pass is valid only on the day of your arrival and for a trip that departs in Trentino and arrives in the place where you are staying. Once you have reached the hotel, you can request the transport card.
